Yin Yoga


About the practice

A slow, calming evening practice to unwind after the week. With candlelight, atmospheric music, and unhurried movement, the class invites the body to soften and the mind to settle. Postures are held longer, giving you time to release tension and reconnect with your breath. A quiet reset before the new week begins.
