Demetris Constantinou

Founder and Lead Teacher

Demetris's yoga journey began in 2005 at a Satsang in Phoenix, where he was first introduced to meditation and yogic philosophy. Two years later, stepping into a hot yoga studio became a turning point — yoga transformed from simple physical exercise into a moving meditation connecting breath, body, and mind.

After more than a decade of dedicated practice, he completed his teacher training with John Salisbury (Modern Yoga).

In his classes, students can expect mindful movement, breath awareness, and a space to build both strength and stillness

In her classes, Sasha focuses on joint mobility, strength, and mindful awareness, weaving in meditative Qigong and powerful Tai Chi to create a truly immersive experience.
