Validity
Packages are valid for a limited period and are activated from the date of the payment. If you would like to start your package later than the payment date, just contact us!
Unused classes expire and cannot be carried over.
Classes wright-off & refunds
Classes are deducted from the package at the moment of booking. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the class being deducted. To get a class refund, please contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook not later than 2 hours before the class.
Schedule changes
Emergency happens. We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, teachers, or class formats when necessary.
Refunds
Refunds, pauses, or extensions of the packages are considered on an individual basis. Please contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook and we will find a way to help you.
