Somatic Yoga


About the practice

A strong, mindful practice that builds deep muscular awareness and internal heat — without the high cardio intensity of our classic Vinyasa. This is still a flow. But the tempo allows you to feel more, refine more, integrate more. You’ll work through the whole body while staying connected to subtle sensation and internal alignment. It’s powerful, intelligent, and grounding at the same time.
