Hatha Yoga


About the practice

A structured, steady practice where postures are held a little longer to build strength, stability, and awareness. While the pace is more grounded than vinyasa, breath remains at the center of the practice. Gentle transitions and occasional vinyasas are woven in to keep the body warm and the mind calm and meditative. Expect clear guidance, time to explore alignment, and a balanced practice that develops both focus and ease.
